ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

Intense ruby red colour and striking violet reflections.

Elegant, intense and complex fragrance with a hint of raspberry and red currant.

Dry, warm, intense taste very long and middle texture, good acidity, not very tannic, balanced wine.

WINE WITH FOOD

Very versatile wine.

It can be combined from starters to main courses.

The most typical combine is with baccalà alla vicentina ( stockfish ), tasty risotti, guineafowl baked.

It’s also good with medium seasoning and aged cheeses.
