ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

Red wine made from hand-harvested Merlot grapes.

Concentrated ruby red color with violet reflections

The olfactory profile opens on fruity aromas of cherry, black currant and blackberry, continuing with vegetal sensations of pepper and sage, and declining the closing on notes of cocoa, enamel and leather.

Important tannin, but supported by freshness and body.

Alcohol, although perceptible, is not intrusive.

Closes clean on notes of licorice.

WINE WITH FOOD

The combinations range from appetizers based on cured meats, to first courses with meat-based sauces, but also to roasts and small game dishes, to medium or longer aged cheeses.
