ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

The colour is straw-yellow tending toward green.Fine fragrance,intense,with hint of white flowers and almond.Dry taste intense and very persistent,fresh,mineral,balanced wine.

WINE WITH FOOD

Fresh and soft cheeses, typical salumi as sopressa and bacon,good with fish.
