ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

White wine made from hand-harvested Garganega grapes.

Fairly intense straw yellow color and bright in color.

On the nose it opens up to fruity aromas of yellow peach and tropical fruit towards maturity. A mineral note of graphite and a vegetable call of pine needles and mown grass to close.

On the palate the sapid-mineral perception correlates with contained freshness. The fruit returns in the bitter finish.

Refinement only in steel tanks.

WINE WITH FOOD

We recommend pairing with fresh and soft cheeses, typical cured meats such as soppressa and pancetta.

Excellent pairing with delicate fishes and white asparagus.
